Description
Caprico 10x SuperLysing Buffer solution is designed to lyse red blood cells in blood samples following direct immunofluorescence staining of human peripheral blood cells prior to flow cytometric analysis. Dilute to 1x working solution with room temperature distilled water prior to use. 100 ml of 10x concentrate will yield a quantity of 1x solution that is sufficient for at least 500 samples.
