Product Introduction
RNase A is a high-quality endoribonuclease extracted from bovine pancreas that can specifically degrade single-stranded RNA at the C and U residue positions. The enzyme can cleave the phosphodiester bond between the 5′ – ribose on the nucleoside and the phosphate group on the 3′ – ribose of the adjacent pyrimidine nucleoside, and products are 3′ – pyrimidine mononucleotide or oligonucleotide ending in 3′ – pyrimidine nucleotide. It is widely used to remove RNA from DNA samples.
