Biotinylated rtIgG2b Fc, and rtIgG2b Fc with Avi-, His-, and Flag-tags are also available. The in vivo grade recombinant rat IgG2b Fc protein (rtIgG2b Fc) was produced in mammalian cells and purified by protein G. The rtIgG2b Fc protein includes the CH2 and CH3 domains of the heavy chain constant region as well as the hinge region before the CH2 domain.
Molecular weight: Predicted 25.8 kDa. Due to glycosylation, the recombinant rat IgG2b Fc protein migrates to 32-35 kDa based on the Bis-Tris PAGE result.
