The in vivo grade recombinant mouse IgG2b Fc protein (mIgG2b Fc, Glu 97 – Lys 335 of the constant region of the IgG2b heavy chain, Accession # P01867-2) was produced in mammalian cells and purified by protein A. The mIgG2b Fc protein includes the CH2 (126-225) and CH3 (234-330) domains of the heavy chain constant region as well as the hinge region (98-125) before the CH2 domain.
Molecular weight: Predicted 26.7 kDa. Due to glycosylation, the recombinant mouse IgG2b Fc protein migrates to 33-35 kDa based on the Bis-Tris PAGE result.
